Order Process
Below is an overview of the ordering process that each order will go through.
1. ORDERING
Select your card combination, quantity, and enter your personalization information. Add the desired items to your cart and check out.
2. PROOFING
Your personalized stationery will be carefully created with your details.
The proofs will be sent to the email address used to place your order within 1 business day.
12 Hour rush proofing available!
3. REVISIONS
To ensure your design comes out perfect, each order comes with 3 rounds of complimentary edits. We will work together to make sure everything is perfect! All updated proofs have a turnaround time of 1 business day,
4. APPROVAL
Your order will be required to be approved before it is sent to print. Once approved your order will be immediately sent to production. Once approved the proofing process is over and edits can no longer be made.
5. PRINTING
Your order will be professionally printed with care on our in-house professional digital printers. Orders are in production for 3-4 business days.
1-2 Business day rush printing available!
6. SHIPPING
Orders are sent through quality control, packaged with extreme care and attention, and shipped out within 3-4 business days from approval. All U.S Orders ship with FREE 2-5 business day ground shipping!
