Your estimated ship + delivery date is based on the day of purchase. I will not send anything to print until all parts of your order are approved. Your order will be shipped out within 3-4 business days from DAY OF APPROVAL.
If the proofing process takes longer I will adjust your delivery date accordingly if necessary. Please reach out to me if you are in a rush so we can discuss the best options for you.

I will need your address list in an Excel, Google Sheets, Numbers, or .CVS file with all your guest information in separate columns for:
• Recipient • Address • City • State • ZIP Code • Country (if applicable)
» You can place an order without your address list. If you have any questions regarding this process please message me!
» If you don't have addresses for all of your envelopes the remaining envelopes will be left black for you to fill in at a later time.
» Ex. If you order 100 Printed Sets but only have 80 addresses, the remaining 20 will just have the return address printed.
» The verbiage on the cards can be customized as desired. A fee may be required if there are extensive alterations or alterations to the design.
» Cards can be adjusted to a custom size. If you have a different size you would like, make sure to put it in your Personalization notes.
» Please colors vary and may appear different in person than on screen. Colors also may vary based on home printers vs. professional printers. All prints are printed on professional digital printers. I am not responsible for any orders that do not match the colors you were expecting due to what you see on your screen.
» The first 3 rounds of edits are free - additional rounds are $25 per version
A request for cancellation MUST be made BEFORE I send you your digital proof. Keep in mind I send the digital proof within 24 hours from the time of purchase. This could be anywhere from 5 minutes from when you place your order to the whole 24 hours. It is recommended if you need to cancel this is done as soon as possible. After a Digital proof is sent, absolutely NO refunds or cancellations are allowed.
If you need to cancel your order you must do so within 24 hours from the time when the original order was placed for a full refund.
» After proofs have been sent for approval (but not sent to print), you may cancel your order for a 75% refund.
» Once your proofs have been approved and sent to print, cancellations and refunds are no longer accepted. No exceptions.
Please note documentation is made before any physical order ships. If your order arrives damaged, a photo must be provided for proof. I do not issue any returns but I will accommodate to help fix the order as best as possible.
